  • 1976 to 2007 - President, Englar Food Laboratory, Moses Lake, Washington. Own and operate food consulting firm specializing in fruit, vegetable and cereal processing world wide. 1986 to Present - Processing Study Manager, Englar Food Laboratories, Moses Lake, Washington. Responsible for laboratory food processing studies for the Agricultural Chemical and Food Processing Industries following EPA 40 CFR Part 160 Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Good Laboratory Practice Standards; Final Rule. 1987 to 1992 - President, Washington Food Concentrates, Inc., Moses Lake, Washington. Subsidiary of Englar Food Laboratories processing dehydrated grain legumes, vegetables and fruits.
  • 1972-1976 - Plant Manager, Carnation Company, Processed Potatoes. Responsible for operations in Moses Lake, Washington. Supervised 35 management personnel and 450 employees. Five processing lines include frozen french fries, frozen shredded hash browns, dehydrated potato flakes and potato granules.
  • 1968-1972 - Idaho Potato Growers, Division of Western Farmers Association. Plant Manager 1968-1970, Idaho Falls, Idaho Operation. Plant Manager 1970-1972, Nampa, Idaho operations. Responsible for fresh potato packing operations, dehydrated potato dice, slices and hash browns, frozen french fries and frozen southern style hash browns.
  • 1965-1968 - Vice President and Technical Director. Processed Foods, Inc. and L.J. Frank Corporation. Responsible for Product Development and Technical Sales and Service for dehydrated and frozen potato products for Idaho Potato Growers, Inc. and Non-pareil Processing, Inc.
  • 1958-1965 - Quality Control Director, Rogers Brothers Company, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Responsible for corporate quality control of three dehydrated potato processing plants and two dehydrated vegetable processing plants. Products include potato flour, potato dice, potato slices, potato flakes, onion, garlic, celery, peppers, carrots, cabbage, asparagus, spinach and chives.
  • 1957-1958 - Quality Control Technician, Kellogg Company, Battle Creek, Michigan. Responsible for maintaining and calibrating lab testing equipment in Quality Control Department.
